A Handjob Handbook
Improve your handjob technique and learn a few new tricks with the helpful, humorous The Handjob Handbook: A Work of Non-Friction.
I paged through the book and thought it was clever and cute, and I decided to try all 25 of the book's handjob techniques — some were awkward, others were ridiculous, and a few were great discoveries! Our favorite was "The handoff," where my boyfriend stood above me and thrust through my hand; I didn't have to do any work and he said he loved the feeling of penetrating. The silliest was "The metronome," which involved batting the penis back and forth between my hands — really? This was a funny activity both because handjobs always seem sort of lame compared to other things you can do and because I was pausing between each technique to read about the next one. The large amount of lube required became kind of gross, although to the book's credit, the plastic-coated pages didn't get sticky when I turned them with my greasy lube-covered fingers. I thought some of these techniques would be fun to bust out in a public restroom as a preview of what's to come later in the evening, but the fact that you do need lubricant isn't exactly conducive to on-the-go activity. At the end of the book, my boyfriend still hadn't come, and I'm not sure if that's a testament to my lack of handjob skills or the book not being very good. In any case, we ended with sex (needless to say, after an hour of my massaging his penis, my boyfriend didn't last very long). I'll definitely use some of these techniques again, but only as foreplay, not as the main shebang.

After considerable experience in the field of handjobs, I was surprised — and delighted — to find that there were interesting and new techniques for an age-old process. This was an enjoyable exercise that led to fun times with my partner.
I gave the book to my husband and asked him to pick out what he wanted me to try. As recommended, I had lots of lube on hand, so I enlisted his help for page-turning, as I needed to reference the instructions for each technique. This was a lot of fun; it added new twists to what's usually a run-of-the-mill procedure, and it was exciting to try out the different postures and see what appealed to my husband. The book had great tips and it was also good for a few laughs. I plan to give myself a refresher on my husband's favorites so that I can do them again without having to pause in the action to go read the instructions.

I think it's hard to go wrong with a handjob. But with that said, it was a lot of fun to have a resource for lots of new variations, and of the eight or nine versions my wife tried, I'd say five were hands-down winners.Read more: A Handjob Handbook - How to Give a Good Handjob - Redbook
